Based in Miami, FL with a remote work option, this role offers a comprehensive training program with no prior experience required. Key Responsibilities

• Learn and Grow: Participate in an intensive training program to master the ins and outs of mortgage lending.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients and guide them confidently through the loan process.
• Educate Clients: Clearly explain various mortgage options, terms, and processes.
• Support Homeownership: Assist borrowers in identifying the best loan products for their needs.
• Achieve Results: Meet and exceed performance goals with the support of our dedicated team.

Required Qualifications

• A passion for helping others achieve financial and homeownership goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and a drive for success.
• Newly obtained or active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain one before hire).
• Valid MLO License (Required).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Fair Housing regulations (Preferred).
• 1 year of experience in loan origination (Preferred).
• 1 year of sales experience (Preferred).
