Compensation: $45,000 + (COLA where applicable) + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance. Additionally, a 13-week training compensation of $16.50 per hour (eligible for overtime + COLA where applicable) is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in an extensive hands-on training program as a Recruiter Trainee alongside an Onboarding Coach, then transition into a full Recruiter role.
  • Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle to create a world-class candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, offering career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and emerging skills.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using various tools and in-house AI technology to identify the best talent for specific client needs.
  • Utilize AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions and advise account managers and clients on skill-set availability, labor rates, hiring locations, and timelines.
  • Negotiate unique compensation packages—including wages and benefits—to attract and hire top candidates.
  • Demonstrate specialized knowledge in the aligned skill, industry, or role specialization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree OR Military experience OR Associate’s Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years in a customer facing role.
  • Enthusiasm for networking and building strong relationships while upholding high ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and relate comfortably with diverse groups of people.
  • Desire to pursue a career in a commission-driven, performance-based setting with a focus on quickly identifying and seizing beneficial opportunities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proactive approach in seeking others' perspectives.
