Position Overview

Tredence Inc is seeking an Associate Manager - Data Engineer based at 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures, pipelines, and workflows to support business analytics and decision-making.
• Develop in-house data models and repositories to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams in building and enhancing data products aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
• Optimize data processing tasks.
• Implement advanced data quality protocols and automation for validation processes to ensure high data accuracy.
• Create dashboards and reports for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and align them with business goals.
• Manage project tracking through appropriate tools to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
• Drive innovation by developing user-centric metrics, automations, and tools for enhanced stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering Management, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Hadoop, Spark, SQL, AWS, Unix Shell scripting, Tableau, Git, JIRA, Data Warehousing Tools, and Data Analysis and Quality.
• Willingness to travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. (approximately 30%).
• Ability to telecommute from any location within the U.S.
