Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the performance of all computer systems and networks at FedEx.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise with computer systems and networks.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement new technologies and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of all computer systems and network configurations.
• Train and support end-users on how to use various computer systems and software.
• Adhere to security protocols and ensure the protection of sensitive data.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any technical issues or updates.
• Manage inventory of computer equipment and supplies, and make recommendations for new purchases when needed.
• Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and minimize downtime.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees and ensure their technology needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
