Marketing- Copywriter- Future Opportunities

Position Overview

David Weekley Homes is seeking exceptional marketing communicators to join our growing Marketing and Communications team. We are looking for passionate Copywriters who can capture the David Weekley Homes’ voice and convey our Purpose of Building Dreams, Enhancing Lives by delivering high-quality content across branded collateral, digital advertising, webpages and traditional advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create effective, engaging content for field markets while adhering to our established brand voice and guidelines.
• Contribute to planning, brainstorming sessions and meetings.
• Edit, proofread, update, and write internal and external communications across various media platforms.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across the company.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in marketing, copywriting, internal communications, media relations, social media or blogging.
• Strong word processing skills and familiarity with standard style guides.
• Customer-oriented with a strong follow-up ethic.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and effective communication with customers.
• Self-starter who is conscientious about producing quality work on a timely basis.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
