Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client-facing deal teams to provide recommendations aligned with business and strategic objectives.
  • Construct advanced financial models to assess growth strategies, capital structure, and transaction alternatives.
  • Utilize core valuation methodologies to evaluate companies and determine appropriate transaction ranges.
  • Assist in positioning businesses effectively in the investor community by articulating value propositions.
  • Engage with senior bankers and client stakeholders throughout all phases of the transaction process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2028 in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Strong academic track record with a 3.0 cumulative GPA required (3.2 preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and a strong understanding of Windows-based systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setting—residing within commuting distance of the assigned office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Relevant work experience through internships, summer positions, or part-time roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus clubs, societies, sports teams, or similar activities.
  • Evidence of recent social impact or volunteer activity.
