Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Director, Population Health Management, this role analyzes clinical, operational and financial data to drive successful performance of ambulatory care delivery sites, including those participating in value-based programs. It supports senior management decision-making by designing and maintaining dashboards to track performance trends and variances for internal and external metrics. The role develops and maintains strong analytic capability to promote operational efficiency, quality improvement and capture ofvalue-based revenue. It integrates data from various sources to drive performance in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer value-based programs, and to achieve targets for key financial indicators. Additionally, the role collaborates with clinical support staff and department management to identify data integrity issues, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for improved financial performance using data-driven analysis.

Compensation:Pay Range: $29.13-$40.79.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to drive performance of ambulatory care delivery sites.
- Support senior management decision-making by designing and maintaining performance dashboards.

- Integrate data from various sources to drive performance in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer value-based programs.
- Collaborate with clinical support staff and department management to identify data integrity issues and operational inefficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health IT, information systems, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality payment programs, and reporting requirements including HEDIS/eCQMs and alternative payment models.
- Understanding of healthcare payer systems and billing processes to perform financial analysis and benchmarking.
- Ability to produce actionable reports and conduct data analysis using spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with electronic health records; familiarity with EPIC and NextGen is a plus.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to prepare data in an organized and understandable format.
- Well-developed problem-solving and organizational skills.
