Job Description

Position Overview

Join our digital department at a growing full-service advertising agency with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Northfield, NJ. This remote position does require in-person training and the ability to travel for client meetings. As a Digital Strategist, you will develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ overall marketing goals while planning and guiding their digital strategies. You will communicate daily and weekly with clients regarding digital properties and campaigns, and report on how digital strategies are achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client marketing goals and advise on digital strategy accordingly.
  • Plan, set up, execute, and report on digital media campaigns including paid social, search, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and insights on digital campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Manage configuration, ad serving, trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting for various digital efforts.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and proactively propose new digital opportunities for client campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the aptitude to troubleshoot technology issues until resolved.
  • Experience working with digital tools such as HTML, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Google Ads and/or Facebook, Snapchat, or LinkedIn ad platforms.
  • Minimum Experience Required: 3 years in digital marketing within an agency or client setting.
  • Must possess Google Analytics and AdWords certifications prior to starting.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaign management and advanced digital media tracking tools.
  • Additional digital certifications and familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends.
