Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveBusiness Analyst IIto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initial implementations and ongoing configuration tasks related to our technology platforms, specificallyArtivaHCx. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure product needs are met for all end users, both pre- and post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data and Process Analysis: Collaborate with Operations, Clients, Development, and Data teams to gather necessary data and conduct business process analysis for new projects.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Design and build product configurations, set up initial users, and lead support during the stabilization phase.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Assist the Support team with escalated issues, optimize software configurations, and maintain strong knowledge of related systems.
  • Project Management: Independently manage and complete assigned projects, ensure documentation is updated, and act as a subject matter expert for system capabilities.
  • Product Development: Assist with the collection and enhancement of product and feature definitions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, computing, or a related field.
  • One year of experience inArtivaHCx.
  • Strong programming skills with querying languages, including SQL.
  • Exposure to big data, testing, data visualization, and analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and project management tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product requirements writing.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle services.
  • Understanding of hospital IT environments and systems.
