In this role, you will help deliver an extraordinary guest experience and serve as a mentor to our Future Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an extraordinary experience for service guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school visitors.
- Act as a guest service mentor to Future Professionals.
- Follow all service desk systems to ensure a smooth guest service flow.
- Utilize your sales and service experience to drive guest satisfaction and support clinic classroom operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in guest service.
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
- Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
- Solid work history with verifiable references.
- Passion for the beauty industry coupled with honesty and professionalism.
- Previous cash management experience with the ability to balance cash drawers.
- Experience handling high volume phone calls is a plus.
