We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.
In this dual-role, you will manage finances and perform general office management to support a dynamic team.
Compensation: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year • Job Type: Full-time •
Work Location: In person • Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports
- Collaborate with our accountant for tax preparation and annual filings
- Manage office operations including handling calls, emails, and correspondence
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Support special projects and perform various administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper and/or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a specific industry such as non-profits or small businesses
