Work from Home - Insurance Verification Representative

Position Overview

We are recruiting 100 entry level Remote Insurance Verification Representatives in FL, NV, SD, TX, and WY. If you are looking for steady work from home with consistent pay, this opportunity is for you. You will help complete car insurance quotes for select customers, working entirely by phone from a remote location. Key Responsibilities

• Answer and handle calls throughout your entire shift.
• Overcome simple objections with a positive attitude.
• Follow provided scripts and guidelines to assist customers with their insurance quotes.
• Skype with team members for support and updates as needed.
• Maintain focus and productivity while working remotely.

Required Qualifications

• Own a computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 MBPS download and 1 MBPS upload).
• Possess or be willing to purchase a USB headset.
• Ability to work on the phone for the entire shift with a positive, focused attitude.
• Availability to work part-time initially with potential for full-time once established.

Preferred Qualifications

• No prior phone experience is required, but a willingness to learn is a serious advantage.
• Experience or comfort in working remotely and managing potential distractions.
• Ability to adapt to set shift schedules: 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, or 5pm-9pm (Eastern Time) on M-F.
