Job Description

Position Overview

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees. In this role, you will enroll in an intensive 12-month sales training program that combines classroom training at the award-winning Reynolds University in Dayton, OH with hands-on field experience alongside a Sales Mentor. After completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and transition into a Sales Professional role, selling Reynolds’ high-end software solutions and services to the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enroll in and complete a 12-month sales training program including both classroom and field training.
  • Participate in a structured curriculum covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Work closely with an assigned Sales Mentor to observe the sales process and assist on sales calls.
  • Travel extensively (80-100%) with customer service and installation teams to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Relocate to an assigned territory with Relocation Assistance provided and meet designated monthly and annual sales quotas.
