Position Overview

Our client is seeking an innovative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a specialization in Performance & Growth marketing. Based in Richmond, Virginia, US, this role is designed to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of performance marketing—including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing—while setting key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking campaign performance, and delivering regular reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and creative is essential to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee performance marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content channels.
  • Set key KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular effectiveness reports.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO tools and content management systems (CMS) is highly desirable.
