IT Cloud Engineer

These services include providing benefits through innovative life and health insurance plans, financial services, and customized insurance products for niche markets.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for installing and maintaining IT cloud-based applications, systems and associated infrastructures; finding and fixing issues within systems and implementing, monitoring; building tools that automate repetitive tasks to minimize errors and prevent downtime.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS integrations and solutions.
• Maintain cloud/on-prem hybrid environment until fully migrated to the cloud.
• Compute – Cisco UCS
• Networking – Cisco/Meraki
• Storage – Cisco Hyperflex, NetApp
• Create system diagrams and documentation as needed
• Provide Tier 3 operational support as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, University Program Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one IT industry certifications i.e. MCSE, CCNA or equivalent
• Three or more years’ experience in a IT Infrastructure role in an enterprise environment
