Position Overview
At InnVentures – a company with an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit and a 40-year history in managing over 75 hotels – you will join a dedicated team committed to excellence. As a Night Auditor, you will work overnight (graveyard) hours to oversee hotel operations, ensuring that all daily transactions are accurately reconciled while creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
- Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
- Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed during overnight operations.
- Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, ideally with overnight shift work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
