Description

Humana's Primary Care Organization is looking for Digital Marketing Analytics Professional to join the Marketing team. The Primary Care Organization (PCO) is committed to providing personalized, high-quality senior care and is seeking driven team members who want to be part of the effort. It's taking place at Conviva Care Centers and CenterWell Senior Primary Care facilities, members of PCO, where clinicians address multiple practice patterns and enhanced clinical protocols to drive senior patient care, wellbeing, and longevity.

Responsibilities

As part of PCO, you will develop marketing strategies and deliver promotional marketing messages to consumers online with the intent of generating traffic and sales on the organization's e-commerce site through conception, coordination, and control of Internet/Digital Marketing.

Key Role Functions

  • Plans, develops, and implements internet marketing strategies to promote products/brands and services online (e.g., email, search engine, social media, display and mobile advertising, etc.)
  • Analyzes online traffic analytics and develops actions to improve marketing campaign performance
  • Identifies online marketing and buying trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance
  • Develops e-marketing content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, e-magazines, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.)
  • Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: (Preferably in business, marketing, computer science or information technology)
  • Basic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including DoubleClick for Advertisers, Omniture, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
  • Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
  • Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Problem solving skills - Ability to identify holes in data and provide reporting solutions
  • Prior digital marketing experience in paid search, display, and paid social or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior health insurance industry experience
  • Prior ad agency experience a plus

Additional Requirements

Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Work at Home/Remote Requirements

  • Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
  • Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
