At VU, we help Veterans buy homes. To make that happen we are hiring for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. As and Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will enhance the Veterans United brand and connect our target audience to VU through influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our company’s mission and brand identity. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing relationships with influencers while growing Veterans United’s influencer marketing and brand ambassador programs by assisting in identifying, implementing and managing influencer strategies to achieve digital marketing goals. Additionally, you will help increase membership in the Proud Veteran Homeowner Community, recruiting customers to join and become brand ambassadors to spread awareness of the VA Loan benefit and homebuying opportunities with Veterans United.
Job Duties Will Vary Upon Assignment But May Include
- Identify, recruit, onboard, train and manage brand influencers who align with Veterans United’s mission across social and digital media platforms.
- Assist with empowering members of the Proud Veteran Community to become brand ambassadors and communicate out strategic messaging from VU.
- Collaborate with Customer & Community Engagement Manager to plan and implement engaging influencer and brand ambassador campaigns using research, competitive analysis, brand standards and social/digital media best practices. Track results of influencer and brand ambassador marketing with brand engagement and lead generation metrics.
- Collaborate with HR, Accounting, Legal and other departments to ensure campaigns are compliant, recruiting and onboarding processes are smooth and incentives are paid out.
