Renovation Advisor (Loan Officer)

Position Overview

This is a Full Remote role based in the United States. As a Renovation Advisor at RenoFi, you are the first point of contact for homeowners who have requested assistance with renovation loans. Working in sales for RenoFi means empowering homeowners with a best-in-class product, designed to help them say “YES” to their renovation dreams.

You are internally motivated, adaptable, and coachable. You excel at multitasking and leading while managing relationships with homeowners. In this early-stage company, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Call homeowners who have requested more information from RenoFi.
• Assist homeowners with financing solutions for their home renovation projects.
• Educate homeowners on the process of obtaining a renovation loan through RenoFi.
• Manage the entire renovation loan process—from initial outreach to close.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure loans are processed promptly.
• Follow the RenoFi sales playbook and processes to achieve monthly quota attainment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate lending/real estate experience.
• Active NMLS License.
• 2+ years as a licensed mortgage loan originator.
• Insatiable hunger to learn and master new concepts.
• Quick thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
• Unrivaled verbal communication skills and comfort working within a CRM-centered, defined sales process (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Compensationfor this role is commission-only.
