Entry Level Software Engineer

Position Overview

Auto Data Direct (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking creative individuals who are passionate about developing software solutions. As an Entry Level Software Engineer, you will be responsible for creating applications and software systems across various environments, including multi-tier, browser-based, and mobile applications. Based in our Tallahassee, Florida office, you will work on both new and existing products to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. This role involves business-specific analysis, technical design, coding, and testing, offering the opportunity to work independently as well as collaborate with a team. It is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or those beginning their career in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications and software systems for various environments, including multi-tier, browser-based, and mobile applications.
• Conduct business-specific analysis to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Engage in technical design, coding, and testing of software projects.
• Collaborate with team members on new and existing products to ensure maximum performance and effectiveness.
• Work independently on assigned projects while also contributing to team efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Redux, Java, and SQL is preferred.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
