Job Description
Position Overview
As an IT systems analyst associate, you'll be responsible for working with others to analyze systems and programs/applications to evaluate where improvements can be made to enhance systems design and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to analyze systems and applications
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for system design and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study
- Alternatively, a minimum of two years of related work experience in designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT systems and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Splunk and/or App Dynamics
- Ability to act as a liaison and partner with IT stakeholders and internal teams
- Represent customers' technical and business interests while generating insights and influencing product development roadmaps
- Aptitude and passion to learn new skills
- Familiarity and comfort working in an Agile or Scrum environment
Compensation
- $68,500/year
- $6,000 starting bonus
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
