Position Overview

NOW HIRING ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS! This role is for motivated individuals who want to start their career in customer service by providing support via chat and phone. Work in-person for Centrinex – a leading BPO and solution technologies provider serving clients in the financial, healthcare, government, and transportation industries. THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via chat and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Represent Centrinex and its partner brands with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilize computer applications to document and track customer interactions.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and team initiatives to exceed client expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
