Location: While many opportunities are located in California and New York, we also have roles in other states and Europe.

Required Qualifications

• Who Should Apply: Professionals with extensive experience in AI, ML, and Data Science from reputable tech firms or top 100 global universities. Visa sponsorship is available for H1B transfers, and student visas are considered for candidates from top 50 global universities.
• Experience Required: Candidates ranging from early-career engineers to senior individual contributors, leads, and principal engineers.
• Proven ability to develop or implement machine learning systems in real-world production settings.
• Experience in leading tech companies, Tier 1 VC-backed startups, prestigious research institutions, or high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals, including model creation, optimization, and performance evaluation.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one specialization area:
  • Large Language Models & Generative AI
  • Computer Vision
  • NLP / NLU
  • Reinforcement Learning
  • Recommendation Systems
  • Time Series & Forecasting
  • Applied Deep Learning
• Familiarity with modern machine learning engineering practices:
  • MLOps workflows
  • Model monitoring and observability
  • Deployment strategies for cloud or edge environments
  • Vector databases and embeddings
  • Retrieval-augmented systems
• Experience with distributed computing, data infrastructure, or high-performance computing is highly desirable.
• Focus on AI Safety, alignment, privacy-preserving ML, or security-oriented ML is a plus.
• Strong programming skills (preferably in Python) and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, LangChain, Ray, etc.
• Experience mentoring fellow engineers, leading technical projects, or fostering collaboration across teams is valued.
• A record of publications, open-source contributions, patents, or successfully launched products with tangible impact will set candidates apart.
