Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive job training courses and free certification programs.
• Attend training sessions three evenings a week (Monday-Wednesday, 6:30-9:30 PM).
• Develop hard skills required for roles in data analytics or digital marketing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree earned within the last 10 years or expected before February 18, 2026.
• Residence within a two-hour commuting distance to San Francisco.
• Unemployed or underemployed (current role does not require a bachelor’s degree).
• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. (e.g., permanent resident, DACA, or employment authorization).
• Availability for training three evenings per week (Monday-Wednesday, 6:30-9:30 PM).
• Must be at least 21 years of age by February 18, 2026.
• Identify with at least one of the following: First-generation college graduate or financial aid recipient.
