We are currently seeking a dynamicPartnerships/Marketing Assistantto anchor our fast-paced, high-volume department. The ideal candidate is a team player and creative thinker who can communicate clearly across multiple teams and with clients, partners, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute partnership marketing campaigns
- Utilize creative thinking to craft new partnership ideas
- Manage select partnership marketing outreach efforts
- Plan and facilitate special events, including ordering supplies and overseeing invitations and RSVPs
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all marketing campaigns and maintain a master database of contacts
- Handle all turnkey marketing campaigns
- Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and vendors
- Manage brand ambassador and grassroots efforts
- Coordinate tour, travel, and group-related marketing campaigns
- Create reports and decks as needed by the department
- Assist on special agency projects, including new business and communications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or media-related responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with various teams
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or love of theater and the arts
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a relevant field
