IT Support / Network OperationsAs a Help Desk Technician at Brillio, you will be the first line of support for internal users facing IT and network-related issues. In this role, you will assist with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity problems while escalating complex issues to senior IT staff. This position offers a dynamic environment where your classroom knowledge meets real-world challenges, setting the stage for a fulfilling IT career.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Assist users with Wi-Fi, VPN, printer, and email troubleshooting
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access
- Escalate advanced issues to Network or Systems Administrators
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures
- Support onboarding/offboarding of employees including device setup and account creation
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac OS environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or campus IT support experience
- Exposure to help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory or Office 365
