Senior Industrial Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to join the continuous improvement team at a high-performing distribution center in San Bernardino, California. In this role, you will contribute meaningfully by leading and supporting engineering-driven initiatives to advance supply chain objectives through various projects, including ideation, business case development, implementation, change management, and value realization. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Distribution Center Operations and Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering-driven initiatives across the supply chain.
• Manage project tasks including ideation, business case development, implementation, change management, and value realization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in Distribution Center Operations and Transportation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of distribution center processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a similar field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in process and material handling system design, work measurement, productivity/continuous improvement, cost reduction, and project implementation.
• Experience as a project manager or team lead/mentor within a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with BI tools/languages, Sequel, BBA, SmartSheets, and SQL database querying.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support project execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
