Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Take orders over the phone and in person, efficiently addressing customer concerns.
- Handle cash transactions, perform upselling, and prepare high-quality pizzas while maintaining food and portion control.
- Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and process telephone orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
- Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—to accurately take and process orders.
- Perform essential functions such as accurate mathematical calculations and proper order entry using computer systems.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work in varying conditions—including temperature fluctuations, exposure to food odors, and physically active tasks.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching.
- Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for tasks like shaping pizza dough and operating equipment.
- Ability to work under stress, maintain quality standards, and adapt to fast-paced work demands.
