In the role of Seasonal Selling Associate, you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service while engaging customers and demonstrating elevated product expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• When assigned to the sales floor:
  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
  • Converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• When assigned to the cash wrap:
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience processing transactions accurately.
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
  • Recovers the cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs".
• When assigned to processing and replenishment:
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room organization to brand standards.
  • Replenishes merchandise on the sales floor according to brand standards.
  • Assists with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock items.
• When assigned to floorset activity:
  • Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
  • Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Drives top line store sales results and grows the business.
  • Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
  • Prepares for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
  • Recovers and replenishes merchandise; adheres to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assists in housekeeping and reports maintenance issues.
  • Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention and supports store strategies to reduce shrink.
  • Provides a safe working environment while demonstrating company values and fostering loyalty through the Rewards Program.
  • Performs physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
