As a Software Consultant with Concordia Technology Solutions (CTS), you'll guide pastors, church administrators, and ministry leaders toward tools that support their mission. Through meaningful conversations, product expertise, and a heart for service, you'll help congregations use technology to better care for their members and communities. What You'll Do
Use solution-oriented selling to support churches throughout their technology journey:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with pastors and church staff
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend the right CTS products
- Deliver online product demonstrations with strong close ratios
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage leads throughout the lifecycle
- Follow up with customers to support loyalty, renewals, and additional needs
- Assist with sales and marketing projects as needed
- Provide initial product training during trial periods
- Stay current on all CTS products, including Church360°, Shepherd's Staff, Lutheran Service Builder, and others
What We're Looking For
A service-driven, tech-comfortable communicator with a heart for helping churches thrive:
- 1+ year of telephone sales experience with demonstrated closing ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to close sales via phone, email, and video
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn CTS products
- LCMS background helpful but not required
