Position Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own paid and earned influencer programs across our portfolio of companies. This role will report to the VP, Digital Marketing & eCommerce and have the opportunity to scale influencer marketing across our portfolio of brands. The overarching mission of this role is to build brand awareness while driving purchase intent through influencer partners in a performance-driven lens. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record forming, executing, and monetizing influencer programs through a variety of social media platforms and is proactive with a strong set of communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development & execution of multi-faceted influencer strategy designed to improve the full marketing funnel—increasing brand awareness, engagement, consideration and conversion
- Manage influencer campaigns from the development of the initial concept, influencer outreach, agreement negotiation, budget management, creative development, campaign execution and reporting
- Deeply analyze and report out on campaign performance to optimize future campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, influencers, cross-functional teams, and peers
- Ensure all day-to-day tactical deliverables for campaigns; Lead ongoing influencer communications and develop materials that aid influencer content production to secure the best possible and measurable results
- Actively participate in brainstorms to ideate the best method to integrate influencers into company-wide campaigns and projects
- Research and report on trends/best practices in Influencer Marketing
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer and/or social media marketing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Extremely strong written communication skills
- Proficient in data analytics and Excel; track record of leveraging insights to optimize campaigns
- Confidence in speaking directly with influencers and agents
- Strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of marketing and social media ecosystem; Affiliate Marketing knowledge and understanding is a big plus
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Experience vetting potential influencer partners against outlined brand or campaign objectives
- Background working for a DTC is a plus
