Position Overview
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting small businesses (1‑49 employees) by identifying new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, **benefits**, and more – and by upselling additional solutions to existing customers. You’ll be responsible for cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners, and closing business in the field. You’ll also receive industry‑leading sales training and learn to use the latest sales technology, all while enjoyinguncapped commissions,lavish incentive trips, and ongoing career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Positive Self-Starter – you have an upbeat and persistent style, can cold call without fear of rejection, manage your time effectively, and present ideas clearly in various formats.

- Continuous Learner – always eager to learn, grow, and improve on traditional methods.
- Acceptable experience includes one to two years of work experience or internships in industries such as Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or relevant fields;military experienceis also highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Ability to build a network effectively and use social media for sales.
