We are seeking a Local Marketing Specialist to support the marketing efforts across our three brands under our parent brand, Fortidia. In this role you will provide hands-on marketing support to franchise owners—with a focus on new center launches and ongoing local marketing execution—in a highly collaborative environment that values proactive communication, organization, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support for Franchisees:Act as a key marketing resource for franchise owners by providing guidance on local marketing best practices, assisting with marketing setup including account setup, asset transfers, and campaign execution, and conducting outreach via email and phone.
- New Center Marketing Support:Coordinate tasks for new center launches such as ordering signage, marketing collateral, digital assets, and assisting with the setup and optimization of platforms including Google Business and social media.
- Marketing Execution & Coordination:Support national and local campaigns by providing administrative support, managing and distributing marketing assets, and collaborating with HQ teams to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Communication & Training Support:Organize marketing training sessions for franchisees, support Initial Owner Training (IOT) with guidance and inquiries, and update marketing guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- General Marketing Tasks:Assist with social media content scheduling and posting, respond to marketing-related help desk tickets, and support additional marketing initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
- Understanding of local marketing execution and basic digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business owners and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Compensation:Annual base salary in the $65,000–$75,000/year range based on experience and a performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
