As an Associate in our Brand Marketing group, you will assist in executing marketing strategies for your brand, including business analysis, competitive review, and budget oversight. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of marketing plan(s) and contribute to objectives, strategies, and tactics that will push new products to market
  • Assist in the execution of promotional programs/calendar
  • Manage coupon and customer relationship marketing
  • Analyze promotional programs to maximize effectiveness/efficiency and recommend ongoing improvements
  • Manage packaging changes due to product, graphic, or formula updates
  • Assist in budget management and evaluate sales, share, and profit metrics for the brand
  • Maintain packaging and product forecasts
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Track brand sales performance and analyze syndicated scan data to recommend improvements based on business and competitive analysis
  • Participate in qualitative and quantitative marketing research to influence business and brand decisions
  • Develop customer presentations that communicate updates to promotional/trade calendars
  • Plan and execute merchandising events, retail tools, and point-of-sale (POS) displays

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of professional business experience, including at least 1 year in areas such as e-commerce development, marketing strategy, design strategy, entrepreneurship, or business analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience connecting data points and drawing actionable conclusions from syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, PowerBI) to drive new business initiatives and project success
  • Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce development, including sales or marketing strategy

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: The approximate pay range is $96,000 to $115,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
  • Incentives & Benefits: Performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits.
