Job Description

Position Overview

The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the Aramark Refreshments eCommerce product master database and supporting site performance analytics. This role ensures accurate product information, tracks key metrics, and collaborates with the Ecommerce Team to enhance the shopping experience on the website. Location: Aramark Headquarters, Philadelphia. Schedule: In-office Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the eCommerce product master database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product attributes, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Enter product information for new products into the Product Master.
  • Implement data governance standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Provide monthly reporting on PIM performance and associated key metrics.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Team overall.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Management, Information Systems or related field
  • Experience Required: 2+ years’ experience in data analytics, marketing or related field
  • Database Management and/or Product Master Database experience
  • Proficiency in PIM systems and/or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Akeneo, Adobe eCommerce) a plus
  • Excel and data analytics skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage large datasets efficiently
  • Collaborative mindset
