Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in marketing and sales. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Participate in B2B sales initiatives, focusing on lead generation and territory management.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Assist in direct sales efforts, including cold calling and upselling existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required – recent graduates and career transitioners are welcome.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about technology sales and marketing strategies is essential.
- Experience in retail or technical sales can be beneficial for this role.
