Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated teammate to call retail stores (fashion, merchandise, outdoor sports gear, jewelry) to win qualified sales appointments for our partner, Axll. Axll provides an AI software solution that connects retailers' online and offline systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Comfortably communicate over the phone and email to win qualified sales appointments.
- Build rapport with clients and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technical sales will give you a headstart.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay:$20.00 - $33.00 per hour
- Expected hours:5 – 40 per week
- Shift:Day shift
- Supplemental Pay:Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Performance bonus, Weekly bonus
- Work Location:Remote
