Head Operations Analyst at Miami Mixed Media

Position Overview

Miami Mixed Media, a dynamic printing company known for innovative techniques such as puff printing, glow‑in‑the‑dark effects, and discharge printing, is looking for an experienced Head Operations Analyst. In this salaried position, you will lead our operational strategy and execution, analyze workflows, oversee production data and implement process improvements. This role requires you to be on‑site most days at our facility located at 6788 NE 4th Ave, in the heart of Miami’s Little River business district.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead and manage day-to-day production and operational workflows across departments.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and performance bottlenecks.
• Process Improvement: Streamline operations and enhance productivity through data‑driven solutions and team collaboration.
• Reporting: Create detailed Excel reports to monitor KPIs, track progress, and guide decision‑making.
• Color Separation: Perform or supervise color separation for printing projects to ensure top‑tier quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a production or printing environment.
• Strong technical skills in Excel including basic formulas (SUM, multiplication, division), conditional formatting, filters, dropdown menus, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.
• Excellent analytical, pattern recognition, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable leading a team and mentoring junior staff.
• Preferably some screen printing or branding experience.
