Position Overview

Marketing Project Manager I or II, DOE – Hybrid opportunity within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah.

In this role, you will coordinate and execute marketing communications that support strategic business initiatives,
ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with precision. Compensation: ranges from $68,900 to $110,000,
with bonus targets of 10% and additional salary ranges based on level and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing and sales support projects from initiation through successful completion.
  • Collaborate in strategic planning meetings to develop approaches that achieve marketing and sales objectives.
  • Ensure timely production and coordination of sales and marketing materials.
  • Oversee proper distribution of collateral and marketing assets to designated channels and audiences.
  • Provide concise project status updates and summaries to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor creative services, web development, and vendor deliverables to maintain schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Required Qualifications

  • For PM I: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing communications or sales support.
  • For PM II: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing communications, product promotions or sales support.
  • Proven ability to execute print and digital marketing campaigns, including integrated multi-channel strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and their impact on various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management fundamentals including scope definition, resource management, and multi-track prioritization.
  • Excellent skills in coordinating assignments across multiple stakeholders and business lines.
  • Effective problem identification, resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
