Job Description
Position Overview
We’re hiring friendly, outgoing Community Outreach Reps to help enroll eligible individuals into FREE government phone service through the Lifeline program. All outreach is in person at community locations such as shopping centers, local events, transit stops, and door-to-door neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate outreach tables
- Educate residents about the program
- Assist applicants with quick enrollments
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing, confident communicator
- Must have a smartphone or tablet with internet
- Reliable transportation (your own vehicle required)
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public
- Ability to attend weekly team calls (video chat)
- 18+, valid ID & SSN
Preferred Qualifications
- Lifeline experience preferred (team leads welcomed)

- Compensation: $500.00 - $850.00 per week
- Weekly pay + bonus incentives
