Position Overview
HCA Healthcare at Home in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Home Health Account Manager. This role is incentive eligible and covers a flexible territory including Jacksonville, Jacksonville North, and The Beaches. As part of a leading healthcare provider, you will help build positive patient interactions and ensure continuity of care throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish rapport and relationships with referral sources through educational services and presentation of business plans.
- Support and participate in marketing functions to ensure engagement in community networking.
- Communicate progress of all activities to appropriate leaders.
- Identify new markets to promote services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Marketing and/or Licensed Nurse preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales or public relations, preferably in a home health care company.
- Reliable transportation along with proof of valid automobile liability insurance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel as required.
