Job Description

Position Overview

The Head of Supply Chain and Logistics will take full ownership of the end-to-end execution, scalability, resilience, and cost discipline of our supply chain. In this role, you will ensure that products are manufactured, stored, and delivered reliably while safeguarding quality, margins, and growth velocity. You will manage relationships with manufacturers, oversee production planning and batch scheduling, lead the onboarding and qualification of new manufacturing partners, and drive supplier redundancy, risk mitigation, and cost-down initiatives. Additionally, you will optimize inventory planning, warehousing, and shipping processes while partnering closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align the supply chain with business needs and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain process from manufacturer relationships to final delivery.
  • Manage production planning, batch scheduling, and the onboarding of new manufacturing partners.
  • Drive supplier redundancy and risk mitigation strategies as well as cost-down initiatives.
  • Optimize inventory planning, warehousing, and shipping processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and commercial to align supply chain operations with overall business strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 7-12+ years in supplements or functional CPG supply chain management with a proven track record at a scaling brand.
  • Strong operational skills with commercial judgment and hands-on experience in managing CMOs and ingredient suppliers.
  • Proven capability in handling MOQs, lead-time management, and executing cost-down initiatives.
