A2I Enterprise is expanding and currently hiring an Entry-Level B2B Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support national client campaigns and business growth initiatives. This role is designed for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in business-to-business sales, client acquisition, and account management.
This opportunity offers hands-on training, direct mentorship, and a clear advancement track into sales leadership and management. No prior B2B experience is required -- we train the right people from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Support B2B sales initiatives focused on new business development and client acquisition
- Assist in outbound prospecting, presentations, and relationship-building with business clients
- Collaborate with senior sales and marketing leaders to execute customized B2B campaigns
- Learn consultative selling techniques and solution-based sales strategies
- Track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client engagement results
- Participate in ongoing training in sales strategy, communication, and leadership
- Once trained, take ownership of accounts and assist in mentoring new team members
