As a member of the NSC Recruiting Team, you will work alongside other sales minded individuals in a friendly, team-oriented environment and have the ability to impact job seekers by helping them find new positions and advance in their careers.

During your initial training, you will learn how to evaluate technical job descriptions, source qualified candidates via various channels, draft effective emails and text messages, leave engaging voicemails, conduct phone interviews, build a robust candidate pipeline, negotiate compensation, and schedule interviews along with extending job offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full life-cycle recruitment functions including screening, interviewing, negotiating rates, reference checks, placement, and termination of candidates/employees.
  • Develop relationships with managers to understand business and hiring needs.
  • Identify and attract both active and passive candidates through warm calling, job boards, referrals, and professional social networking sites.
  • Negotiate salary and hourly rates as well as close candidates.
  • Continuously build and maintain a network of skilled professionals.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to master sourcing, effective communication, candidate engagement, and pipeline development strategies.
