Position Overview

Our client, a lead-generation and intake company supporting the professional legal industry, is seeking an Assistant Call Center Director for on-site work in Las Vegas (Location: Las Vegas). Key Responsibilities

  • Must have experience in large intake facilities (or similar industry), managing 20+ people.
  • Must have a background in customer service and management, with excellent communication skills.
  • Must have experience dealing with customers and troubleshooting issues.
  • Must have experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to navigate and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with autodial systems such as Five9 or Vici is highly desirable.
