Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for various industry roles.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the full hiring cycle including interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated recruiting and/or sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • A sense of urgency and drive from day one.
