Restaurant Brands International is now looking for a Sr. Manager to join our LAC Marketing Team to support our regional marketing strategy by analyzing sales, product mix, and consumer insights data; leading key market turnaround efforts; optimizing data quality; and owning pricing workstreams. Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: 5 day, in-office work schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing Analytics, sales strategy, and strategic traffic driving efforts for BK Mexico (and potentially other key markets requiring turnarounds).
- Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base.
- Assess promotional activity, product mix, guest segmentation, and geographic results using internal and third-party software to diagnose performance and strategize next steps.
- Identify root causes of performance or underperformance of key initiatives.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategy using financial modeling.
- Ideate, execute, and analyze market test results and drive recommendations based on learnings.
- Create regular marketing reports using product mix and consumer data.
- Present weekly marketing reports to senior leadership.
- Support the BK Mexico field team with local analysis, including assistance during Franchisee Council Meetings.
- Lead data quality efforts for RBI LAC brands to ensure accurate reporting and implement automation initiatives.
- Establish and drive the pricing agenda and strategy for key brand/market combinations within RBI LAC.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data—including guest segmentation, product mix, daypart, geographic, and service mode insights—to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Required: 5+ years of analytics, pricing, marketing, finance, consulting experience or related field.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing or related field.
- Strong skills in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills, including formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present marketing materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in retail, food service, or quick service restaurants (QSR) is highly preferred.
- English and Spanish language proficiency.
