Position Overview

SMB Acquisition Account Executive – Midwest Remote (SAL027140). This role is remote-based. In this position, you will generate new business within a defined territory by skillfully and assertively marketing our business solutions to potential new clients. You will collaborate with business channel support roles to build strong, sustainable relationships with key decision makers and become a trusted business advisor.Salary Range: $48,400 – $67,000 per year. Location: Oklahoma-TULSA_OK & Remote. Job: Sales Business Solutions. About the Company: US Cellular.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve activity sales goals: appointments set, appointments ran, and opportunities created each week and month to attain assigned sales quota.
  • Utilize our approved sales process to aggressively prospect new business accounts within a defined territory and deliver comprehensive business solution proposals.
  • Conduct customer needs assessment discussions to position innovative business solutions and overcome objections.
  • Strategically engage internal and external partners to position business solutions that add value for prospective customers.
  • Leverage the organization’s CRM platform to keep customer records accurate and up to date.
  • Build a strong network within the communities served to promote brand awareness and identify new customer prospects.
  • Partner with the Business Account Support Specialist to implement, manage, and grow existing business accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or state equivalent
  • 2 or more years’ experience in sales
  • Metrics-driven sales "hunter" with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work efforts in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced business and financial acumen
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel within your territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in outside direct sales
  • Experience hunting new logo accounts in a high-paced, high prospecting environment
  • Experience in wireless, software, IT, or related telecommunications industry
