Job Description
Position Overview
Develop cohesive marketing strategies and plans by working closely with business segment leaders to align with corporate and business goals. Work with a dynamic marketing team to plan, create, and implement campaigns, communications, website content, social media channels, and other materials that consistently articulate the WesBanco brand and corporate values. This hybrid role (40 hours per week) supports both remote and office work and includes participation in research and projects to enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and programs for business line segments that support their goals.
- Drive innovation, build a positive environment, and position the team as marketing experts in collaboration with business lines.
- Ensure consistent branding while supporting local market initiatives.
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple marketing channels and touch points.
- Partner with digital, brand, and product teams to innovate in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business segment management and marketing team members.
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Support business segment events, sponsorships, and campaigns in collaboration with internal/external partners.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory requirements, and department policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of related experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bank marketing experience.
- Supervisory experience.

- Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually
