Job Description
Position Overview
We’re looking for an Strategic Inside Sales Representative to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role you’ll partner with Account Managers and Solution Specialists to support the sales lifecycle for top global Fortune 500 companies. You will run deals independently while leveraging your technical knowledge of cloud-based software and the Procore platform.
Compensation: Base Pay Range $39.23 - $53.94 hourly plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $136,000 - $187,000. Eligibility for Equity Compensation applies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner to generate a healthy "Run Rate" business through product upsell and contract expansion with current clients.
- Build relationships with construction management C-Suite leaders and decision-makers through client visits.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to support post-sale revenue efforts.
- Participate in presentations, onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the leading construction software solution.
- Work with the Field Sales team to address client technical challenges and expand existing business.
- Set up Strategic Account Managers for success by building awareness and interest within client organizations.
- Achieve complete immersion in Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and support fellow team members while collaborating with various departments to connect clients with Product Managers and Marketing.
- Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies.
- Proven track record in inside sales and building pipelines with effective forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills via telephone and email with customers.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced sales environment and develop trusted relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, online collaboration tools, and CRM systems (specifically Salesforce.com).
